The Isorubber range of structural and vibration products aim to change the way structural isolation and vibration reduction are dealt with in the UK.

The range includes stand alone products that can be used for everyday applications such as isolating partition walls along with products that can be used in high performance bespoke multi-layer solutions.

To reduce or eliminate structural vibration effectively two factors must be taken into account; the load and excitation frequency.

The Isorubber structural range of products are available in varying hardness, densities, thicknesses and geometric shapes giving each variant differing absorption properties. This means that a solution can be tailored to meet the exact requirements of a specific vibration problem.

Isorubber Hi Load

Isorubber Hi Load is a multipurpose acoustic isolation strip, designed for use below increased loads. Some of its applications include; separating partition walls from structural floors and soffits, stair isolation, pump isolation and floating floor isolation.

With a recycled content in excess of 90% waste rubber, a Global Warming Potential of Zero and an Ozone Depletion Potential of Zero Isorubber Hi Load provides a means of using problematic waste material to the benefit of the environment.

Isorubber Profile

Isorubber Profile is a high performance acoustic insulation and vibration reducing mat. It has a flat upper surface and profiled lower surface. Available in different thicknesses Isorubber Profile is used in extremely sensitive situations where exacting performance is required.

Suitable for use under compression stress: 0.005N/mm2 < σmax < 0.050N/mm2 With a recycled content in excess of 90% waste rubber, a Global Warming Potential of Zero and an Ozone Depletion Potential of Zero Isorubber Profile provides a means of using problematic waste material to the benefit of the environment.

IsoVibra Rubber Soft

IsoVibra Rubber Soft is a lightweight, soft acoustic insulation and vibration reducing mat made from recycled fine grained cellular rubber. Available in multiple thicknesses IsoVibra Rubber Soft is used in applications supporting light weights.
